HOW TO BUY?

  1. Choose a product
    You can choose a product viewing sections (in the left panel you will find the list of the available sections), or you can use search (the searching toolbar is above the catalogue of products). Detailed product description can be reached by clicking the name or the image of the product.
  2. Add goods to a cart
    Click the button "Add to basket". On the screen that appears, you can change the quantity of goods you have ordered, or you can remove the goods from the cart. If you wish to continue shopping, press the button "Save basket".
  3. Order your goods
    Continue from your cart with the button "Next". Now fill in the shipping address, select the method of payment and delivery of goods (see point 4) and eventually write us a message. After clicking the button "Send order" your order will be completed and a copy of your order will be sent to your e-mail address. Warning: Long wheel bolts are provided only with the wheel spacers to the exact amount of the number of holes in the ordered wheel spacers (for example, if you order 4 wheel spacers with a wheel pattern 5x100 we will provide you with 20 long bolts).
  4. Select the method of payment and delivery
    We are currently offering the following option:

    Advance payment to our bank account - after we recieve the payment, your order will be packed and shipped to your address via the post.

    Instructions for advance payment:
    Send the exact amount of money according to the goods you have ordered including the shipping cost to our bank account as mentioned below. As a variable symbol please enter the number of your order - the order number can be found in the confirmation e-mail we will send you after completing your order. If you do not receive an order confirmation, first check your SPAM folder. If you still can't find the confirmation e-mail, please contact us.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU COMPLETE YOUR ORDER?

  1. Order confirmation
    You will receive a copy of your order by e-mail after completion, so it is VERY important to fill in a valid e-mail address when filling the order form! If there are any uncertainties, we will contact you to solve them.
  2. Sending goods, delivery time
    After we recieve your payment, your order will be packed and shipped to your address (we will send you a notification e-mail).

    Time to dispatch goods in stock is approximately 24 hours. If the goods are not in stock, the average dispatch time is 72 hours. Time of delivery depends on the transport service (approximately 3 - 4 weekdays). You will receive your goods in a package like this:

  3. Confirmation warranty
    A tax document will be included in the package which is also a warranty certificate. We will provide you with an extra warranty for 30 months. For the procedure for using the warranty see the paragraph about Complaints below.



WHAT TO DO IF THE GOODS YOU RECEIVED ARE DAMAGED?

If the package is already damaged at first sight, make notations on the freight bill, inform the carrier of the damage and request an inspection of the damage before accepting it!

ATTENTION! Sender (our company), can't claim the shipment! It can be claimed only by you as a recipient!



HOW TO CANCEL THE ORDER?

If you want to cancel your order for any reason, please let us know by e-mail! A confirmation e-mail of the cancellation will be sent to you.

If you have already sent the money to our account, we will return it to you.



CANCELLATION OF ORDERS FROM THE E-SHOP

We reserve the right to cancel the order if the goods can no longer be supplied or replaced with another model, or if its price has significantly changed and the customer does not accept this. The customer will be informed about this situation by e-mail.



COMPLAINTS

HOW TO PROCEED DURING THE COMPLAINT?

  1. Read the Complaint Procedure (see below) and make sure that the warranty conditions apply to your case.
  2. Contact us by e-mail: info@wheel-spacers.eu
  3. If there is no other settlement, send the goods back to our store:

    REVILO AUTO s.r.o., Letiště obj. č. 7, 503 41 Hradec Králové, CZECH REPUBLIC.

    Insert a short letter describing the complaint to the package. Also write there your order number and your full address.


COMPLAINT PROCEDURE

  1. General provisions and definitions
    "Seller" is REVILO AUTO s.r.o., located on Komenského 56, 517 50 Častolovice, IČ: 60931868, DIČ (VAT number): CZ60931868 registered in the Commercial Register kept by Regional Court in Hradec Králové, CZECH REPUBLIC.

    "Buyer" is an entity that has entered into a contract with Seller to purchase Goods.

  2. Warranty Conditions
    If the order has an obvious defect upon delivery, the Buyer is entitled to claim it. In this case, the Buyer retains the right to a proper performance by the Seller or a refund of the purchase price. The Buyer may choose his option.

    If the defect occurs to the goods after acceptance of the delivery during the warranty period, the Buyer may use his legitimate complaint.

    Warranty period is 30 months.
  3. Complaint Process
    Complaints are handled by the store of the Seller: REVILO AUTO s.r.o., Letiště obj. č. 7, 503 41 Hradec Králové, CZECH REPUBLIC.

    Claims, including the removal of defects must be settled without undue delay, within 30 days after a claim if the Seller and the Buyer agree on a longer period.

    In situations where it is necessary to send goods back to the Seller, the Buyer, in its own interest, is required to have the goods packed in an appropriate and adequately protecting packaging material.

    The Seller, after due processing of the Buyer's Complaint, prompts to retake goods repaired.

    Eligibility for the warranty lapses in case of improper installation or putting the goods into operation in an unprofessional way.
  4. Final provisions
    In the case of any complaint the Buyer informs the Seller about applying a claim and the Buyer and the Seller agree on an appropriate way for applying the Complaint procedure.

    This Complaint Procedure came to effect on the May 1, 2005. Changes to the Complaint Procedure reserved.

Unless stated otherwise, the goods from this e-shop are supplied as a hobby program and have no approval for operation on public roads.

 

When a consumers have a problem with a trader regarding a product they bought, they can settle their dispute out-of-court through an ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) procedure.
